Dr Ns: need help quick - Concussion

i just got a consusion at soccer practie. my teamates are telling me to go to the hostipital and not sleep. i have blurry eyes and hard time reasding and writng right now. what should i do?

main thing is make sure you do not fall asleep for the time being. if you do, there is a chance you can fall in to a coma or something dangerous like that

dude i got one earlier this season and it was my 3rd. the day i got it i went home and slept 18 hrs straight. docs have told me that the no sleep isnt actually good for you. id just call a doc and ask him or somethign

GO TO THE HOSPITAL. I've had numerous, some including memory loss, I don't remember like four days after it. You can get hemorrhaging and stuff that when the next time you hit your head you die. When It comes to you brain don't joke around.

its not like a typical injury where you can walk it off like a bad a$$, its ur fucking head, now go to the doctor

Go to the hospital and if they give you a CT scan, and everythings clear, then you can sleep. But until then, don't sleep. If your vision gets any worse, then rush to the hospital. Your brain can be swelling way too much.

Basically, go to the hospital now regardless. It's better to get yourself checked out with something like this then avoid some hospital bill or something.

definitely go to sleep immediately.  you'll absolutely want to do a couple of shots first.


but for serious, do go to the hospital and get your head checked out.  like, sooner rather than later

hospital now. similar thing happened to my friends sister, waited to go to the hospital, and found out if she waited any longer she could of have severe damage. also what team do you play for? (I'm assuming your playing club)

Unfortunately head to the hospital. I know what ya feel like man, I've had 7 concussions and can no longer freestyle ski. Be careful.

oakwood in CT. & i went to the hospital. i have a minor concussion with strained eye muscles. out for 2 weeks. good thing its nothing worrse
