Anyone know a good sound editing program that could like help me out on turning down the screaming on a recorded concert

Goldwave... it's got high/low pass, noise/hiss reduction and volume shaping. So you can turn down the volume on the parts where the screaming is too loud.

oh... and it's sharewear. you build up a certain amount of actions before a screen pops up saying to register everytime you use a tool or whatever... but your number of actions resets after you exit the program. I edited 4 full songs for hiss redution and whatnot before I got a popup. then I saved it and reopened the program.
