Rotator Cuff Surgery
So in baseball practice yesterday I injured my throwing arm. After an MRI it looks like I have a torn rotator cuff. I was just wondering what your guys experiences with these surgeries have been. Time out? Pain? Full recovery? Rehab?
my dad actually tore his left RC lifting last year, got surgery about a month ago. he said it hurt for a few days, then the pain went away. he still has the arm in a sling, and will for another month or so I believe. he is doing PT twice a week and gaining mobility slowly but surely. the biggest problem for him is that he can't do anything with the arm, which sounds reaaally frustrating. better than injuring it again I suppose though. good luck with it, keep your head up, you'll be back in no time. keep up with the PT and do what they say, and don't start throwing until they say its OK!
Can you backflip?
So NS, my mom has an account. Sweet ...-Jabroni
