Dude, I tried that once when my black lab destroyed my copy of Refresh. Apparently Level 1 doesn't warranty their DVD's when the damages are from a dog though. If you ask me it's bullshit, I mean it's a ski DVD! They are supposed to be played with by dogs! Why do companies not understand?

I feel you man, the exact same thing happened to my friend. He called Level 1 twice and all they did was laugh at him. Honestly Level 1 used to be legit.

The big black one is a mutt and he's the senior citizen now.  The little brown amorphous blob of fur on my wife's leg is our Schnauzer puppy, Duke.  He ate plenty of Christmas ornaments this winter, but he is really good at spreading all of our underwear around the house.  Usually my wife's underwear is laying right in the entry way of our house.  Visitors would think that my wife and I just start stripping down and going at it as soon as I walk through the door.  I wish! :-)

My sisters dog once ate a pair of her oakley sunglasses, she went in a letter written from the perspective of the dog, signed it with a pawprint, and sent a pic of the dog and the broken glasses. She got a free pair in the mail
