Corn substitutes>Rice substitutes, always, especially for pasta. Rice pasta's really starchy.
You can eat KD cheese mix with GF noodles, so you're set for mac and cheese.
Never eat the bread untoasted, you'll regret it. tastes like sand.
As far as chocolate goes, you've already been told not to eat the kinds with cookies in them, obviously... also, Lindt and lindor chocolates contain malt extracts, so stay away.
Really though,you just have to start reading labels. At restaurants, key things to watch out for are sauces that contain flour or soy sauce (which contains wheat). And obviously things that are breaded.
