obviously these guys are incredible skiers, but I have to say, some of these guys are looking really squirrely. I wonder if the snow is shit? I dunno, but thus far, I'm not blown away. The course looks fairly mellow (relative term). Are people inverting...or spinning even?

Yeah, I just happened to catch somebody's replay, and I assumed it was just an event replay. Decent coverage and camera work...tough for a comp like that.

Props to Josh Daiek (sp?).

I saw Drew the flyin Hawaian nail a backflip and a 3 mute in his run. I think there were two other 3's and that was all.

looked like the snow was shit in some of the heavy traffic chutes and firm cali pow elsewhere, great conditions for a comp. That face is not very mellow, especially at the top.

sometimes it's difficult to really get a feel for pitch and technicality on a screen, and I have zero familiarity with the venue. Again, I'm speaking in relative terms, but I don't know...save one or two of the mandatory airs—especially the kodak(?) cliff band—it didn't look exceptionally difficult compared to the faces and zones of previous tour stops. Could just be me, though.
