Allright so I've got to be honest, it was a disappointment.
I've seen the pictures of the seven jump line, what a waste of potential. If your 10-12 years old you'll love it but if you have any skill they are ALL way to short! Plus they're step downs to flat short landings, who builds this stuff? If they would be true tables then I think everyone could win at such a short distance but my back is killing me today from all the compressions. In our attemps to make the est of it, we were taking them as such diangulars that the lift towers and trees came into play a few times.
Last year on their main big jump line, they had three big hits in a row (all awesome), this year only one!
It was a nice single jump (good takeoff and landing 35-40 feet est) but when you've got that whole run, the little rails and bonk feature just don't cut it when you have to straight line the final looooong flat section. Yes you could cut hard right for more rails but I was looking forward to at least two or three jumps in a row.
THe rail and boxes are awesome if that's your thing, the jumps just work for intermediates.
So terrain park groomer
1) take out the cheese wedges
2) Build the takeoff ramps up to the knuckle height
3) Steepen the landing
Just like you did for the single big feature, 100% on that one, just repeat seven more times!
Then I'll come back otherwise there are other hills open who charge alot less for a ticket.
Sincerely,
CJ
