what'd you throw for your first time inverting on snow? how'd landing go?

how about another question here.

Could you do the flip (front or back, or both) on a trampoline before trying it on snow?
if so, was the feeling pretty much the same?
if not, did you completely fuck up?

so does learning flips on the tramp before the snow help?

i learned mistys on tramps way before i took um to snow. yes it helps in the sense that you know what the rotation will feel like and where to spot for the landing, but you can flip a ton faster on a tramp cause you dont have skis on your feet. so yes it helps

Backflip on a park jump 5 ft table, I think I was 16ish.

I remember throwing it and it was like the weirdest feeling in the world cause I hadn't really done them  on a tramp or diving board before.  I remember seeing the sky and then I think I was on my back so I must have over-rotated but it didn't hurt, my stoke level was through the roof.

I think I stomped them the next season first try, now if I mess up its cause of under-rotation..but I'm used to the feeling/rotation now

Seriously though knuckle fronts or catwalk fronts are jokes...so easy to do I just land backseat a lot from them and get shin bang but definitly go for it, they are the easiest.

i was 12 when i tried my first backflip. landed it once after 8 tries, then didn't try it again till last year.

did a few last year in my backyard, stomped one or two, but i never took it to the park and only did them for one night (i have no idea why).

now this year, i learned to frontflip consistenly over the knuckle of the step down at my mountain. learned them a few weeks ago, and they're super fun and easy. i want to throw backies again, i just get so scared lol.

flat 3, first one under rotated slightly, over rotated the second and stomped the third. i realized that flipping on skis is extremely similar to trampoline. I landed my first backflip later that day and front flipped later that week.. This was like 2 weeks ago

in pipe, trying to 270, spotting really badly ended up doing a rodeo, landed (sketchy) but didn't crash. then tried to do an actual rodeo and decked with my face. i then preceded to slide into the pipe knocked out, but i was up and at-em a few minutes later.

I normally go to mrm, since i go to osu, but i'm hitting up perfects this weekend(nuts/freakin awesome having two great parks so close to me in Ohio) and have a friend who is going to try and get me flippin. How much different is a flip on skis from a flip on a trampoline, cause i can do loads of flip spinny stuff on tramps.

i did a backflip, it was in to a lot of soft snow, and caught my tips first try, and second, and third, took me probably 15 tries, it was a small jump on a golf course tho

Just landed my first flip.

First try, lincoln to hand drag to explosion. (I actually did this twice)
Second I tried a backflip, missed the knoll by 6 inches with my head then crashed (major under rotate)
Then I tried rodeos and stomped them....

fucking weird

Well my first flip was a backflip landed a while ago ( videos attempting on profile, along with landed one on a bigger jump ),and then i tried a frontflip at a friends house about a week later, under rotated and my board got stuck in the ground, no video though
