Yeah, there might not be a tolerance version, but people interpret it in different ways. Do you interpret the bible literally word for word? I mean come on its the word of God. You have to! If you honestly are willing to kill people based on their religion, you are being an extremist. Extremist Muslims are the ones we want to kill, not the everyday populace. Dont get them mixed up, and dont be an idiot about it. And Egypt will not turn into Turkey simply because of its economy generated by Tourism. they need to keep up appearances and need to move forward or one of their strongest economical crutches will crumble, and I highly doubt that they will allow this to happen considering the guidance the US and the EU will give.

Every word of the Koran is meant to be taken literally. Questioning any part of it is considered questioning Allah, which is strictly forbidden. That is why Islam has evolved so little since the 11th or 12 century, as compared to other faiths that have adapted with the times.

He does have a point, while I enjoy biking a lot and try and commute by bike, the only thing that critical mass does is get people pissed off at bikers.

Oh and cairo is not fucked yet, cairo will be fucked when the brothers take over, decide to attack isreal, and isreal returns the favor. Then Cairo will be Fucked.
