anyone thoughts on jacob wester's fall where his ski came off mid-air?

i was kinda impressed that he completely ripped his ski off with his hand

imo, that's why you don't tweak your mutes that hard

it makes you lose in the x games finals

It happens a lot. Simon, Tanner, and others have tweaked mutes too hard at the X-Games and pulled off their ski.

That jump was never going to be tripled in skier big air. The two jumps sammy and russ/bobby tripled were a good 30-40ft bigger.

Was pretty sick with Alex winning it, but honestly if he were to throw a 1900 I prob would been disgusted cause the progression is really just adding more spins or flips, which really isn't stylish at all. I honestly was all for the harder trick should earn the higher score, but if that means people are going to be hucking 1900's then maybe thats the wrong direction. Like Henriks 14 should of scored a 45+ easily, I don't think I have ever seen a blunt grabbed tweaked so much in such a huge spin.

Regardless I def think Alex deserved the win.

Not really true. Russ came so damn close to the switch triple it was insane, in fact he might have over rotated. I couldn't see the landing though.

they leave the course after euro-x for the danish "championship" so we have a slopestyle course.... its soooo sick.

Congratulatins to Alex, I'm so happy for him. I honestly didn't expect that. He's been holding back from us ha.

I'm surprised noone, well I haven't read ALL the posts, has mentioned what an amazing job Elias did. I feel he was scored poorly, and should have podiumed....and twitter was all about that last night just saying. I feel bad for Elias, and Jossi for that matter.

Wells got ripped off and so did Harlut. Dude was laying back rodeo 10 blunts that didn't look like anything that anyone else was doing and got shitty scores for it. bogus. Wells was by far the cleanest and was doing the same thing has the guys that moved on.
