Backflips

so i can do backflips no problem but im wondering how to get the really layed out position vs being in the tucked ball... any advice??

haha basically
you have to hit a bigger jump to be able to fully rotate
your spinning so much slower because your opened up

like notice when im in a ball im almost leaning back into the flip... a kinda of just whipping my legs around from the lip ya know?? forced but smooth...
