Are there any downsides to eating too much?

I'm not talking long term, I'm talking for one day.



I've been eating as much as I can since I got home just to see how much food I can consume. So far I've had.

2 grilled cheese and ham sandwiches
fried egg sandwich
6oz steak, 3 sides worth of fried potatoes and salad
2 more 6oz steaks
4 pogos
2 things of Ramen
12 inch sub from Subway
Dainty rice thing of fried rice

2 cans of apple juice and 3 cups of water and a smoothie

No I meant actual downsides. This isn't my regular diet by any means, it's just to see how much food I can mow down.

heres what i ate today:

breakfasy: 2 bagels, 1 apple,1 grapefruit, glass of OJ

snack 1: tostitios chips+queso

snack 2: Banana and grapes

lunch: Large spicy chicken sub and arnold palmer

snack 3: .99$ lay bag

early dinner: ramen noodles and milk

dinner: big juicy steak and milk

desert: Ice cream sundae

and no im not fat im 135 lbs and 5'10 i am just hungry all the time

For the record folks, this started at 4pm when I returned home from school. I had a regular breakfast and lunch before this.

thats not that much. probly around 2500-3000 calories.

When i am in a mass gain cycle i eat this:

7am: 50g protein shake + 3packs of oatmeal w/milk
10am:three eggs, three smoked turkey slices, cheddarcheese, 2 slices wheat bread, avacado, yogurt and blueberries

1pm: two baked potatoes with a can of chili, cheddar, avacado, sour cream and 16 ounces of milk

330pm: 50g protein shake with piece of fruit 10 oz of milk
430pm: 12oz steak, 2 sauteed potatoes, bag of stirfry veggies16oz of milk
8pm: 2 grilled chicken breasts, spinach, sauteed veggy salad
10pm: bag of cookies, 16oz of milk, yogurt w/ blueberries


And i drink between 1-2 gallons of pure water a day, depending on how busy iam and how hot it is. And i snack on cashews, and craisans constantly

Thats alot, and i weigh about 190lbs at 6'4"

but in highschool we used to do dollar menu challenges at taco bell. Spend $20 and finish all the food in under an hour. Lots of gnarly puking and shitting was the outcome

holy shit I wish I ate that healthy... i'm skinny but I go to the gym a lot, i'm just not determined or smart enough to eat the foot that should go with my "activities"

diet is literally 80% of achieving your fitness goals. I didnt figure that out until freshman year in college. It is really cool when you start to see significant changes.

yea if you are gonna eat like a fatass at least give your body a break and eat healthily and maybe you wont get obese but seriouly
if you dont eat healthy your gonna fuck over your body
change those grilled cheese to homemade smothies with fresh fruit or something just as filling with less fat

yeah but it's so hard to coordinate from buying the usual groceries to buying healthy stuff, and then actually eating it! And of course modern day society typically make healthier food more expensive and much LESS convenient...
