do a three and just tighten up your core and bring your legs up kindof into a ball look where you want to grab but don't a couple times then just grab it, it will work
Go on a fairly small poppy jump (10-15 feet) that you know you can do a 3 off of and won't be afraid to fall on. Then spin, bring your legs up, reach for the tail and just tell yourself to not stop reaching until you get a hold of your ski no matter what. If you eat shit, do it again.
i learnt mute 3's a few days ago, i took a few crashes getting it dialled so you kinda need to work out for yourself when to grab your ski and how hard to spin it etc. remember the spin is alot harder than the grab so focus more on your spin and if its right throw in the grab. good luck
i don't know for sure but i assume you grab the ski that's leading the spin. for example i spin to the left so i would would grab the tail of my right ski
