Yeah, always a tough call. I have the JJs and have loved them and the SFB were a good demo (haven't tried the Benchetlers) but I would check out a few other companies too
Praxis Skis - sick little company out of Tahoe. If you want a straight-up powder ski, look at the Powder Boards in the 185, or if you want a powder ski that handles all-mountain, the RXs are really legit (come in 179 and 189)
The Alias from Faction Skis would be real good for backcountry and hitting bigger lines - comes in a rockered version (which you should look at) and fully cambered version
ON3P - Check out the Caylor and the Cease & Desist (only comes in 191 though), and the Vicik if you want more touring
Also hear really good things about the Icelantic Shamans - come in 184 and will tear it up in powder and on groomers - I would demo these first though because the shape and construction are pretty unconventional
