Well I don' t get inverted much anymore but his is how I did it:
Get on your front porch or any small elevated platform...even a picnic table. Do a bunch of flips front, back, whatever into a pile of soft snow. Even have your friends spot you in the beginning. Dial in the flips on your feet then try it with some twintips. Of course you can find a trampoline, foam pit or a water jump, if you have access to these things.
Why do people say frontflips are easier? It is so much easier to spot the landing coming around backwards than forwards...Forward feels kinda blind, your skis are down before you can see anything really.... Plus you are going against the momentum of the kicker....
Oh and yeah there are lots of tips do a quick search of the site you will see.....
lincoln loop is definitly the easier flip to do
