Just a couple minor things that came to mind:
- White balance was a bit off. I know all too well what it's like to ski parks which are poorly lit, but you should be able to touch that up a bit.
- The majority of the video had shots from above or above and to the side of the skiers. Try to mix it up a little, or at least not show more than 3 shots from the same angle in a row?
Really impressive edit though, it had a good flow.

Speaking of new glidecams. I got mine to what I though was balanced, and for some follow cams on rails on flat ground the shots cam out relatively smooth. Then when I tried jump follow cams where I rode to the side of the jump and over the knuckle the camera kept rocking from front to back a ton and I kept having to stop it with my hand and it would do it again. It also tends to start spinning around without me pushing it. I balanced it very well too, I could run around my house and up and down the stairs without movement but on the jumps it just didn't stay still.

Basically you wanna one hand holding the handle and the other " guiding" by placing you hand, using just two fingers and your thum,on the post a few inches below the gimbal. Just look up some glide cam tutorials, there are a ton out there
