I think thy happened to me once cause I uploaded a video with copyrighted music but then I just tried it again a bunch of times and it worked eventually

Can someone contact anonymous about this, I heard there really against this type of shit. This is so stupid, I just wanna upload videos again. I'm hopping its a bug, I sent an email to them says that I have written consent from all the artists for all the audio of my vids, of cource I don't but how will they know, This is really pissing me off, if anyone finds out anything let me know via this thread

i'm pretty sure no music writer would care that their song is getting extra publicity through an edit. if the song is listed in the credits in the end then it shouldn't matter at all if they have permission or not.

exactly. plus, i buy the songs i use. if i were the artist, and the filmmaker purchased my song, i would have no problem with them doing free advertising for me.

on another note, for those of you that either haven't had your upload rights revoked or those of you who have them restored (if that happens), you can easily avoid getting in trouble with facebook by lowering/raising the pitch of your music. it's easy to do it by an amount that isn't very noticeable, and the thing facebook uses to scan the audio won't recognize the song.
