This guy is just a tank, takes 2 medals as a 19 year old in the 2002 Olympic Games, steps it up a notch and wins 4 in the 2006 Olympic Games, and takes 3 medals in 2010. While training for all of these spectacular feats, he comes out with a book!? And I have read this book, it is...amazing. I recommend it to all of you. What are your thoughts on this athlete?

And I couldn't find any embeddable videos on his races, that would be awesome.
