Sorry for making another thread about this but the new search bar sucks and i couldnt find what i was looking for so..I ski about 50/50 rails and jumps and was woundering if i should get the 166's or 177's

also a thing to think about the afterbangs (at least the ones made last year), their bases are extruding and when they get on flats they become very very slow but its not that big of problem. I rock mine everyday and i love em to death. Also they can get beat up a lot but they still hold their own!!!

yeah i think 177 would be good, im around the same as u and i handle them fine!

ok so i need this thread again. ive decided to make a change in my riding style as i have always been afraid of jumps, so now i will be riding 90% rails and 10% jumps nothing bigger than like 15 feet. so should i still get the 177 or 166?

That's preference. I like the feel and stability of the longer ski on rails, but that is me. If you have skied smaller skis before and really liked them, then yeah sure go with the shorter ski.
