When I lived in NY, I used to ski Windham a lot. It was kinda cool I guess, but I can't give an objective opinion anymore now that I live in California, ski Tahoe, and think that everything on the East Coast is a molehill.
That said, I remember the park being pretty cool (I was 12 when I moved away, so don't quote me on it).
Really though you should just come out west, or if you must stick to the east coats, try Jay Peak or Mad River Glenn. (I know they're probably not options, but still)
I went there this Wednesday, the parks weren't groomed at all, not to mention the fact that me and my buddy were the only skiers under the age of, say, 50. It was a trip. And I don't mean that in the distance way.
Cross country skiing is great if you live in a small country....
I was there, maybe 14 days ago? But as for tuesday the conditions should be nice since it snows all weekend. As for parks I only saw 2, one of them is a beginner park while the other one had like 2 10-15 footers, an up box, and a df box, so not much. But considering that was after it rained I'm sure they put up much more features.
