I'll be honest. I didn't read any of those threads, so I cannot vouch for the usefulness of the content or advice contained therein. I didn't read them primarily because I'm not the one trying to learn backflips. However, if I were, I would have used the searchbar, and ended up reading all of those threads listed above.
