Ticket for Urbaning?

In most places, where a rail is in public can you get a ticket? Or what other form of punishment is there?

lol I first thought you ment buying a lift ticket equivalent to ski a handrail. but most people are cool with it, and its hard to get a ticket without a warning, if you get a warning respect it.

Hmmm...I know you can get a ticket for skating in an off-limits place if it's high profile like LOVE Park in Philly, but that's just because the city has made a point to shut skating down there.

I doubt there are any ski-able handrails as notorious or that the government has its panties so tightly in a bunch about as LOVE. Could be wrong though, it'd vary by municipality.

ive always just been warned. assuming you arent a complete dickbag to the cop/security, you're probably not gonna get a ticket unless you happen to come across the biggest douche cop in history. worst thing that's happened is when some prick guard showed up after my buddy and i had had 1 hit each on a nice big ten kink. not saying i wouldve cleaned it necessarily, but getting through 2 or 3 kinks and eating shit on your first try then never getting to try again sucks

anyway back to the topic, don't worry about it. once you get a warning though i'd say you should probably heed it unless it's the sickest rail ever

Sorry about the derail, but they closed down skating in LOVE park? I was there 2 years ago and there had to be about 50 to 100 people skating and biking there. The scene was amazing. Cant believe they did that.

Yes, you can. Most urbans aren't public, and if you hit the ones that are, it can be considered destruction of public property.

So lame how shitty the cops in Phili have become. I guess it'll follow the path of DC, which banned skating in 95. We went through a stretch were the cops were super strict and you'd go to jail for running from the cops, but nowadays, as long as you're mature they just tell you to leave.

yes you can get a ticket. most of the time you will get asked to leave and get a warning. if you are a dick to the cop he/she will probably be a dick back and give you a ticket. and dont do it in places where there are signs saying no skating or stuff like that, you're just going to give the cops more of a reason to be harsh and hand out tickets.
