Full tilt pressure point
so i got my hot doggers last year and they've been awesome. but over the last couple days of riding a pressure point has developed on what i believe is the very end of my tibia on the right foot. it seems to come and go to an extent but never completely goes away. it feels like the boot has all of a sudden become just a tad to narrow just at that point. any suggestions on what may have caused this and what i can do about it? is my liner shot? they have a little over 100 days of riding on them but i was hoping to not have to replace the liners till next year. and if at all possible id like to avoid going to a bootfitter.
take them in, bootfitter will punch out the shell for ya.
ba da boom ba da binggggg
Why no bootfitter? this is what they are for
You Stay Classy Newschoolers
Only a boot-fitter will be able to properly get you an answer- no one here can see what is exactly causing your pain.
Liners are only going to last around 100 days anyway (even less if you don't take care of them properly), it might be time for new ones.
whoops didnt mean to post that reply earlier. iphone fail. so i went to the boot fitter today and he diagnosed the problem as the middle cable pushing into the shell more than it should be and blew it out a little. hopefully that was the problem and it was fixed.
i am curious how long i should expect to be able to use my liners tho. he said i should be able to put another 75 days on them which means ill have to replace them before the seasons up anyway. so when will i know when my liners are shot? is it the type of thing that shouldnt be a problem until it becomes a bother? or should i replace them before that?
sounds like a bad bootfitter. I would have sold you a new footbed. hahah
he tried that also. but i already have a pair in old boots that im going to switch over.
Unless they are masterfits, they arent worth a shit.
