Corrugated Pipes? Is it possible?

Are they hard to slide? It seems like it would be easy for skis to get caught up in them.

never seen one in real life, and i think they look pretty cool, but wouldnt they destroy your skis way more than regular rails? (which might i add put a decent hurtin on em to begin with)
