So a while ago I ordered 2 ns shirts (dino tee and a NEW-SCHOO-LERS) and during the first wash the letters almost peeled all the way off. I just received my package of 2 new shirts and an assortment of diecuts!! Thanks red names!

I am thankful for this.

Speaking of the store, everytime I open it AVG says it blocks some kind of pilot/phoenix virus or something.. anyone else getting this?

A while ago I ordered a purple sloth tee and a rime knits beanie, but when it came (after a LONG time, canada->us shipping sucks) there was no beanie. I was going to contact NS, but 2 days later a second package arrived with another purple sloth tee, a beanie, and stickerz!

Both tees are peeling now, despite having been worn and washed only a few times each so far.

It's just because of how thin the lines are on the sloth, and I am pretty sure it's inevitable. Perhaps ironing the shirt below wax paper will make the graphic re-stick itself...?

I know this is off topic..And no one will care, but....

Am I the only one who feels that they've read this thread before? I clearly see the date. But I think I've read it before.


I've probably just gone insane.

To contribute to this thread. I haven't noticed any peeling on my shirts. Thankfully you got new shirts.

I can completely understand certain people's frustrations. Those who get shirts that are perfectly fine (because there's hundreds of them) think there's no issues. However, a few people do have problems... we have uncovered this as an issue with a small percentage of the items that go out.

First off, please PM malcolm, call the store, or email us and we will GLADLY replace any defective items. We stand behind our merch.

Second, we are abandoning the process we were using for the shirts, and making a whole new line of them. These will not use the same process as before, and will never worry about peeling.

As well, we have some pretty cool items that are going to be launching throughout the winter, which I'm sure you guys are going to love.

Thanks as always for your understanding, we know we make mistakes sometimes but we'll ALWAYS stand behind them and replace whatever we need to.
