Breakfast:
2 eggs scrambled w/ spinach, peppers, tomato, onion.
Whole wheat bagel
4 veggie sausages
apple
cup of green tea and 5 cups of water, 1 glass of milk
Lunch:
huge salad w/ eggs, green peppers, carrots, corn w/ balsamic vinaigrette dressing
apple
bowl of brown rice
water/green tea/ milk
Dinner:
i'll probably have the same thing as i did for lunch unless they're serving something good as the main course
