i sent two pairs in to get warrantied. one i broke skiing (icons) and the other ear buds on one side just stopped working. They replaced both and i didn't have a recipes or the packaging. I emailed the uk contact address. They told me to send them in and they sent me two brand new pairs within a few weeks.
I posted them in a padded envelope
personally i wont buy anymore skull candy though, both pairs broke again with 2 months of light use over the summer.
