I wanted to make this thread to let all youknow how dope Jiberish actually is and how much they do care about whatconsumers think of them.

A few months back I needed new pants so Ithough why not support the industry and buy some jiberish. After a few weeksthey did not arrive so I sent them an email basically sayin whats up etc. Theyemailed back and said they would get on it, by this stage it was about 5 weeksafter I ordered my shit. I emailed them again saying whats up a few weekslater, and they said there was an error but they are going to get on to it.

Then after a few more weeks I got a littlepissed and asked them to give my money back. They not only refunded me in full,but to apologize for the inconvenience, they sent me FREE OF CHARGE not only myoriginal order of two pairs of chinos they also sent me a new era hat and at-shirt with a hand written letter apologizing for the mistake

That by any means is above and beyondexcellent customer service,

Anyone thinking about picking up some gear,hit up Jiberish because they are legit as all hell.

watch that video and tell me that those guys don't care about what goes into each and every garment that they design. Its a pseudo-designer streetwear brand. Look at the prices of companies like Crooks and Castles, 10 Deep, LRG, Artful Dodger, Billionaire Boys Club, Ice Cream, ALIFE, The Hundreds. All of that shit is in a different price bracket than shit like volcom, billabong, quicksilver, whatever. It is also produced in smaller runs, so there is a limited quantity of that brand available. Supply and demand. I'm pretty sure that most of the money that they come away with goes towards doing more R&D like what you see in that video so that they can continue to produce original, forward thinking clothing that isn't just some regurgitated style. Doing that kind of groundwork does not come cheap.

I'm pretty particular about my clothing, and the amount of thought and dedication that goes into these garments is clearly evident to me, and I personally am willing to pay top dollar for that level of workmanship and creative thought. If you don't care about that shit, thats cool, but don't hate on people that do.

And also, its not like i don't shop at thrift stores and shit, there is definitely something to be said about finding a good bargain. But if I see something that I am truly infatuated with, it feels good to earn the money and then buy something directly from the source. Call it ritual, but when I buy a fresh new hoodie or jacket or pair of nice ass jeans, I feel like i just slipped on an Armani suit, and that feeling carries out to a certain extent for the rest of the life of that garment.

No I haven't actually, and that doesn't really have anything to do with the actual intent of my post, seeing as I was using that as a figure of speech. It feels good to buy nice things with your own hard earned money, and not have to scrap to do so.


And also, Conrad- is it really homosexual to care about the clothes that you wear and how you look? I didn't realize you had to be completely apathetic towards how you present yourself to be heterosexual.

its actually normally priced for hoodies/crews. you may be able to buy nice hoodies for cheap, but the odds that a few other people in your town have the same hoodie is pretty high. i dont mind spend $70+ on a hoodie/crew that is really unique and nobody else has it in my city.

thats nice. but realistcily jiberish is a company that makes decent products that they make very unavailable. then they get the sickes skiiers to sponsor it and that makes everyone buy it. plus they over price or watever you buy on newschoolers is

You wear V-necks?? Button Gwinnet get the hell off this thread. Some people are into small companies becuase it gives them a chance to express themselves through fashion that very few people own. Also your supporting the ski industry. Id much rather support a skiing brand everyday by wearing there streetwear, than investing in something off the shelves in zumiez to sports I dont support.
