actually.

at a young age children truly do not "know" how to turn. they have never turned handlebars and their brains/muscles and shit do not have enough of a connection yet to see the handlebars, realize that they are able to turn, and then do the motion themselves. when a young child such as him looks at the handlebars he sees a solid, fixed object. he hasnt yet developed enough to see the bike/bars as pieces that can move independent of each other. as he progresses through stages of learning/brain development he will be able to distinguish between the objects and eventually turn the handlebars.

that doesnt change him being a little bitch and not being hurt though. those parts of your statement were true.
