For the last 3 years its been building up and I have no way of getting it out. The shit causing it is beyond my control and there is nothing i can do except deal with it, which i cannot accept.
It makes my mood shitty and doesnt make me a happy person in general, and doing shrooms last night brought it all down on me.
P.S smoking weed doesn't work, i do that everyday and its only a mask.
