But hey. I'm trying to get ready for playing rugby next year. As such, this summer I am trying to lose weight, gain muscle, and generally get in shape. I was wondering if any of you guys know anything about the nutritional side of things. I've been eating high protein, somewhat low carb for the past few weeks, and I'm just not losing the amount of weight I should be (given I am gaining muscle mass). Any tips/websites?
if you do meet up with him bring a lighter so if he tries to moleste you light him on fire. be sure to warn him first though because most people dont like being lit on fire.
