OP is asking for super wide pow skis, I'd hope he'd only ride them on 6" or more. The double helix isn't that huge, the genome is however. The double helix is a super fun, lively ski, great for pretty much every powder scenario. My buddies love the S7 but I've never ridden it, supposedly pretty versatile in terms of turning and (obviously) floaty.

^^^ word, alotta rocker, it's 140 underfoot and early rise, still pretty good on groomers
I say screw the cool guy standard procedure. Because when i'm fired up to be in a certain place, or i just pulled off something sick, I'm not gonna be afraid to show it. I'm gonna let people know. I'm gonna CLAIM -(RIP)Shane McConkey

Personaly for that, I'd look more into the Armada JJ's or something like Atomic Bentchetlers. ARG's are really more of like a real deep pow ski, I wouldn't use them on anything less than 8" or a foot. But JJ's are real versatile, can use them on anything. But if you have the money to drop on just a real deep pow ski then go for it.
