some lame ass reply. you clearly disagree, but care to explain why? thats usually how it works.

you don't see anything selfish in this. people coming together due to their OWN self interests about being able to smoke legally. how does society the ones that don't smoke weed benefit from this in anyway?

By your logic you're telling me that people that gather at a bar to drink are being selfish, because people that are
A.) too young to drink
B.) choose to remain sober
aren't there...

Who really cares if they gather on one day of the year to smoke a little pot? obviously the school and local law enforcement don't (we're talking about 4/20, not any other day of the year).

yeah but then it would get completely run by big box brands and then local dealers, growers and what not would lose tons.

and as far as 0 tickets given out... 2 of my friends both got tickets and tried to fight it... really sucks dick, heres the story

thats a good point. and i'd like to see that work successfully. i still don't see people paying the more expensive (due to the taxing) for x amount at the local store, when they can buy the same stuff untaxed for cheaper from the off the grid dealer. kind of like the indian cigarettes vs the ones bought in the store.

if you really want to get it legal i think the kids at boulder should have represented themselves better than smoking weed in a group and playing hacky sack.

Yeah I hear they do that every year and its pretty baller. I really wanted to go to college there but no money/probably couldn't have got in anyway. Oh well, basically every concert is like that anyway.

You're an ignorant fuck. It costs me roughly $15 to grow an entire pound, thats electricity, water, nutrients, and dirt. If companies market that at $150 a pound and tax it it will be a SHIT TON cheaper than homegrown. I mean for effort being put into homegrown really makes no sense to grow it at home.

You may basically consider it legal at this point. There are too many representatives that are pro legalization and there are too many bills being passed on the subject to say that the government isn't introducing pot being legal slowly.
