They just did it to a drunk guy at the 2nd round of golf the other day. I personally think it's JUST. They did not make them just to sit on the belt of an officer, everyone flips when proper circumstances are used. A guy pulls a gun out during an arrest and the officers opens fire, then everyone thinks the cop could have done something differently. But if the cop were to get shot, it would raise questions like, "Why didn't the cop open fire on him?". So what if the kid got shocked, he broke rules, and there are consequences for that. Did they kill him? Nope. Next time make sure your 17yr old son can read before going to a game.
