haha all bullshit aside. You are probably "eating" the smoke. Make sure you are actually using your lungs and not just your mouth to inhale. If smoke gets in your stomach it makes you sick. Do you ever burp smoke after a hit? This happened to me the first time I smoked and occasionally when smoking hookah.
Yeah I got sick first time smoking out of a bubler, it sucked a lot, I was far from home and had no ride and was high so I just wanted to lay in the snow and sleep, and my buddy thought I was gonna die
if at first you don't succeed, won't hurt to smoke some weed
i dunno, i guess u could start with small hits and then go bigger from there and if u ever start feeling bad or something, just stop there and chill. and like someone said up there, dont eat the smoke, so after you toke, open your mouth and breathe in as if you were breathing normal air, ya you might look like an idiot at first but you'll get the hang of it
sounds like you are swallowing the smoke rather than inhaling it. Pull the smoke into your mouth and then take a deep breath, hold it for a couple seconds, then blow all the smoke out. You won't get sick, you'll be high, mission accomplished.
Here is what you got to do. This use to happen to me like it does you. What ever your smoking (bong, blunt, bowl, or whatever) rip it as fucking hard as possible, it helps get the smoke to the bottom of your lungs, then hold it in as long as possible (like until the rotation gets back to you). This helped me a lot. I never got sick again.

Anandamide is known to be involved in removing unnecessary short term memories. It is also responsible for slowing down movement and making us feel relaxed and calm. Anandamide breaks down very quickly so unless you have an extremely weak stomach and cannot handle THC then your shit must be bad...
