Full Tilt Question Again...

So i got my hot doggers and they fit my foot great, nice ad snug like they should be.  But they are really tight on my shins and it is hard to get the top buckle latched.   EVERYTHING ELSE IS GOOD.  Should i buy one of those upper cable inserts from FT's website?  Any other suggestions?

Before you go out and buy anything...Take off the back of the boot (two screw on the side of the boot where the back hinges to the rest of the boot), then look where the cable connects, usually the cable is on the middle notch, so you can adjust it buy using a flat head screw driver to unhook it and then adjust it accordingly (move it forward one notch to loosen, back one notch to tighten). Then put the back back on and see how that works, if it's still too tight you should be able to order a longer cable (the insert is already in there, the thing you're looking at is a replacement if that happens to break).

why...it's a function of the boot.

This piece is the piece he want's to buy...it's already in the boot, the boots come stock with them on the middle hook, simply adjust to a different hook to fit. I'm pretty sure it's even tells you in the manual how to do it.
