Just drink light beer, and do some interval training. You'll lose the weight pretty quick, unless of course you're REALLY REALLY FUCKING FAT.

ive never been fat except for this strange time between 6-7th grade but even then i just did situps and pushups every day and got back into shape, so im sorry i cant relate.
