i ordered a trail map t and a bandana and NS sent me the shirt plus my bandana and an additional bandana.. mad props to BigJim and all the NS employees..they are what truly makes this site worthwhile!

yeah i ordered 2 shirts a little while ago and they sent me a free bandanna!
and on top of that i made a mistake in the order and messaged BigJim asking him if he could fix it for me before it went out and he took care of it no problem.

Yeah not only is the service good, but their stuff is quality. I ordered a tall longsleeve, and it feels super sturdy, super comfy and it's made in the US, not by some little chinese kid.
