Jibbin game contest

hey ns, i came up with the idea of having a jibbin game contest last night. it would be on the x games course. so just like the x games in real life. each player gets 2 runs. each shot has to be a consistent shot, you can use what ever grabpack you want. only realistic tricks. and for the judges we could chose 3 ns members to judge the runs when we enter them on this thread. what do you think?

yea 2 corks/rodeo/misty. and no flips on to rails. only to the flat down and the canon.

I'll judge. I know i'm not the most legit NS'er, but i've been playing jibbin game for over 2 years and know all the custom packs and levels, and definitely know if someone's using speed cheats and shit.

well for the 3 jumps on the x games level (the updated one of course) you need to use shift so you dont case it

ill make a list and if we get ns to help out then we can start the 1st annual Jibbin Game X Games. if ns doesnt want to help out then whatever. or if someone has some thing laying around the could throw in that would be great.

okay question about the judging: how important is style going to be?

like, a super smooth cork 7 vs. sketch double cork 12?

well its up to the judges to decide. if they feel that a sketch double cork 12 is better than a super smooth cork 7. each run will be out of 10. need 1 more judge. do you guys agree with the judges that have volunteered?

i dont know. if you know a contestant, dont give him a higher score just cuz you know him.

oh fuck that would be epic haha..but unfortunately i only have a laptop webcam.

question to the judges: would my score be reduced by skipping the last rail, and using the kicker just as a plain jump?

probally. need to hit every feature. i will be a judge as well as a contestant. so 4 judges, score out of 10 per judge per run. 2 runs only.

it should be judged on a skiers Steeze factor and a little on the trick. i think, overall impression. including the grabs and outerwear.

outerwear doesnt really matter. ill talk to the judges.

style - 10 points max
steeze - 10 points max
smoothness - 10 points max
techy tricks - 10 points max.

so new thing each judge will score the run out of 40.
