its probably just a sore tedon or a pulled tendon, nothing really bad, just ice it and chill for a little and don't go hard if you skate, if it keeps hurting after like 4 or 5 days maybe hit up your mothern to take you to the real doctzor. just a guess cause i've done the same shit back in the day when i used to boardskate.
p.s., if i am wrong, your foot could need amputated.. ;]
