are you saying you have never seen a snowboarder spin one way onto a box or rail and spin the other way off? expand your horizons from skiing bro and watch some snowboarding edits.

I've seen them do basically the snowboarder equivalent of a scissor. They pull hard on their trailing edge and spin. It's so sick looking.

dom luza is the nicest human being to walk the earth. his gear is haggard as shit and hes just so nice and loving and he loves to ride his snowboard and hes so fucking dope.



oh, and to the OP, snowboarders can do pretzel spin out, pretzel switch-ups, pretzel surface switchups, ETC. just the same as skiiers.

we dont use edge pressure though, when i do a switch up i just use my body. maybe a little pressure with my board on round bars and shit.

you tried any 360 switch ups?
my brother gets them from front blunt. also front blunt to back tail to 270 out. he's better at "skier tricks" than i am. swaps and pretzels like a mad man.

front blunt 3 is pretty fucking crazy. your brother sounds dope as fuck. front blunt to back tail is pretty hard to, i just learned that trick and it took me for-fucking-ever.

i can do a 360 pivot, backside and frontside, but only from 50-50, and i cant always get a smooth 360, sometimes its more like 180, slight pause, 180.
but i cant do a 360 switch up, ive never even tried, haha.
i got a 270 switch up on a box once or twice. and i can get 180 switchups, and do this thing that i call the "zero up" where i basically just hop up and down while a frontboard a rail.. its really just for comedic value though.

^^ that was all such a huge claim....

but anyway....

boarders can do it too; skiers however have a huge advantage because of the above mentioned reason....

ask any one of my friends on here, i'm not claiming at all. he's tooo good. perfect style too.
baller at jumps too. rodeos both ways up to 7, front mistys up to 9, back and front flips, switch back and front flips, switch rodeos, switch and regular back cork fives
we didn't get to film as much as we wanted this year, but my brother has a part in a film being put together by [blank] productions, a local DC group. some pretty good tricks in there.

pretzel is another on the long list of trick names that we got from snowboarders. front board (usually nose-ish) downhill 270 out is where it originated if i'm not mistaken.
