I literally did so many Liu Kangs I got Patellar Tendonitis

Seriously...I took a trip out to Banff and skied park at Sunshine every day for a bunch of days, doing Liu Kang's off every hit. My right knee has really been bothering me since I got back, so I went to the doc today...I have patellar tendonitis.

Got some antiinflamatory medicine and a referral for physical therapy, so I should be good in a few weeks. Just saying...BEWARE the most gnar of grabs! Don't OD!

I was out of control...kangs off moguls, kangs on jumps, spins, straight air. kangs off (and on) rails. it was bound to happen.

Liu Kangs are wwwaaaayyyy too fun. Just like a drug, you can OD but DAMN IT'S FUN !

grab safety on one ski and kick the other one out. very popular grab back in the day, then disappeared off the map cause skiers couldnt handle the radness of it anymore

i'm old and i got this patellar tendonitis shit and some of the chondromalacia patellae (don't know if they are the same) just by skiing 10 days straight... just a few kangs here and ther....my level of radness is so inferior =(
