yeah man i hear ya. western mass got about 4 or 5 inches then it just rained like a mofo, now we've got 2 inches of patted down, heavy, wet cement.

i might 91 and 103 to magic as opposed to rt 30 and windham hill rd. better chance of having clear roads...besides windham hill is still sketchy in perfect driving conditions with all the goddam frost heaves

I had a snowday but I had work instead. So i worked my balls off all day to find it raining when I got out. Luckily it stopped, but skiing was slushy, sticky, and super compact. And now its pouring out and really high winds, luckily I have power..

I've been gone since the second storm hit around Thursday morning. There is about 3 and a half feet of snow on my driveway. We are going to have to park the car at the bottom...yes i am going to have to hike up my driveway and SKI down...fuck yes dreams do come true haha.

I'm on my way back from hunter mtn ny... and i still can't believe what I just experienced. 3 and a half feet everywhere, and if not it was deeper , 4 +. And what bullllshit that I never expected to need pow skis....fuck. regardless I just lived my dream Hahaa. BTW anyone know the conditions at mt snow?

Dude I feel exactly what you feel! Belleayre is just waiting for me with 65 inches of snow in the last 48 hours!!!! And my dad is in ARIZONA!!!! Now Im sitting in NYC staring at their homepage and this, with my weekend house just covered in snow...

this sucks.

i hit up sunday river yesterday and it was decent. probably about a foot of really heavy in most places that was super fun when fresh then got turned into cement mashed potatoes when skiied out. Sunday river fucking blows though and didn't run the oz chair or the jordan chair so all the legit terrain was not accessible by chairlift. I ended up hiking out of aurora to hit oz which took about a half hour but was worth it for mad fresh turns. had about 7 different runs with quality fresh turns.
