How do you like your eggs???

Today I ended up not having to go to work because the snowstorm in the midwest and I also don't have class for 7 hours. So I actually have time to cook and put some thought into it. most days I just scramble mine, thinking about doing them differently... How do you (or your spouse or mom) cook your eggs?

fry some ham up and then just fry an egg on top. so good.

even better if you do it on bacon.

i mix them up in a cup, then pour into a hot pan and let them fry till they have small brown crispy spots, then flip and bake the other side the same....

you can also add some salt, pepper, (sun dried) tomatoes, some basil, and bacon or salami slices.....

Mother Fuck. I totally forgot. As for the eggs. Over easy, fried in a bunch of butter + toast and a pinch of salt. And hot sauce.

Depends on how i'm eating them. If i have like hashbrowns/potatoes i like sunny side up, if im just eating the eggs straight up then like them scrambled.

4 eggs steamed (like frying them but just put in water and put on a top and they will be perfect every time.
Over cheese, hashbrowns, salsa, and sausage, all on an english muffin X4

I fuckin love eggs cause they are so cheap and so delicious

Omlettes ftw! A spinach, mushroom and feta cheese omlette is amazing. But you can be real basic with cheese...add any veggies you have...sooo good.

I like them hardboiled......I also like the movie hardboiled - but that has nothing to do with eggs.

I like them in broccoli and cheese omlettes too....with onions, and catsup.

Eggs benedict are so good. And also deviled eggs are great as well. but for a traditional breakfast i usually go with scrambled and cheese

hardboiled.
poached with hot sauce.
scrambled with hot sauce. sometimes with chicken or steak in onions.

Scrambled with cooper sharp cheese

Over medium sos I can dip my toast in the runny.

Beat to shit with salt pepper jalepenos peppers and sausage a la omellete style. oh yeah and some(tons) cooper sharp cheese in there.

I cook three eggs this way almost every morning:  scrambled with onion, garlic, brocolli, and whatever cheese is available(preferably feta or cheddar)  served on toasted wheat or italian.  And boy do I get pissed when I'm out of broccoli.
