How to register a paypal account without a credit card or bank account?

I searcbarred and came up empty. I want to make one but I dont have a credit card and the bank account is out of the question since i have no control over it.

you can register withouth one
but you cant put any money in it without either of those...

yes, if you have one, you can get money sent to you and spend it anywhere paypal is accepted.

I just asked my dad if i could borrow his credit card to Confirm it thinking he would freak out but he actually didn't care at all, just try it
