Yes the scuba diver was well planned, but the Lorenzo Von Matterhorn has to be one of the best if not the best scam, con, hustle, hoodwink, gambit, flimflam, stratagem, or bamboozle Barney has ever used.

If that doesn't top the list, Barney's performance on the price is right was legend....wait for....hope your not lactos intolerate because the next part is....DAIRY

Not the best, but I laughed pretty hard:

I think the moment that has made me laugh most is in the first slapsgiving episode after marshall slaps him and starts singing the song and barney contributes to the song by moaning in pain, in tune.

yeah, I think the part when barney and robin was together, the viewer-poll dropped, so they had to make barney awesome again! thank God for that!

I will have to say that the Playbook has been one of the best episodes to date.
