Anyone order refresh from ns store?

i ordered refresh and wild stalions off ns store like nearly a month ago and have not gotten it yet. never got an email saying it was shipped either. anyone else in the same boat?

movies right now are in their pre-order stage. i still have not gotten refresh and i ordered it straight from level 1. settle down because you will get your movie

settle down? i wasnt pissed. but really? theyre still on preorder? its not like this every year. and it seems like everyone has their movies based on the various threads about them in the last several weeks.

It really depends on NS Store's distributor. NS may be having a delay because of their distributor... The DVDs should be in stock by now though.

Have you sent NS an email asking them about it?

You're dumb..How is refresh still in the preorder stage?  They've been in stock for weeks now.  I ordered from the Level 1 site a loong time ago and I haven't seen anything yet either..starting to get realllly frustrating considering I never got a shipping confirmation or tracking # either.  WTFFFfff

i used to work for NS's distributor. actually i helped get the ball rolling on the NS store carrying DVDs.

i spoke with the distributor this week and Refresh is on its way to them. just because a company sets a release date never means it will come out on that day. in fact, i've seen vids fall behind their release date by over 5 months.

just be patient. i'm sure the guys will look after you

alright, if you check the skitheeast site, wild stallions is still on preorder. when the ns store has an order with multiple items, they will save on shipping by shipping them all out at the same time in one package. refresh may be in stock, but if wild stallions isn't, they can't send you the package.
