Okay, so Im in the middle of making a smallish skate rail which will be slanted, like a metre and a bit and made out of Aluminium support beams, not sure what they are called.
I have the rail, thats simple... However. The supports are fustrating..
Here are some pictures of the supports.
First support
Second support
The finished supports ( What I want them to be)
Okay so the shorter one is the at the start of the rail and the higher one is going to be at the end ( dont worry, it is a downrail but, the part that raises the start of the rail isnt in the photo.
However, Cause I dont have a welder I wanna try connect the four bits in the first two photos to each other to create the final photo.
But I have no idea how to connect the top part to the bottom without welding.
Now the reason Im not welding is cause I am remotely jewish and dont want to spend, but if it comes down to it, i will pay for welding,
So end of life story,
Two questions,
1. How do you connect the top 'frames' ( In Photo 1 & 2) to the 'supports' (Also in Photo 1 & 2 ) without welding.
2. How much would a welder charge to do it? ( Last Resort)
Cheers.
