im a very healthy 17 year old, i lift weights for 2 hours and run about 4 miles at least 6 days a week.
i have been trying to mix up my workout to keep my muscles confused and my results noticable. today i was trying a new incline workout that uses a cybex machine. the cybex machine lets you go as wide or as narrow as you'd like with your grip so i tried a few diffferent variations. i felt a slight pinch on the bottom side of my collarbone just to the outside of where my nipple line would be, so in the deepest pit of my collarbone if you will.
it doesnt hurt unless i do certain motions such as putting my arm directly vertical or picking up fairly heavy things. im thinking its a pinched nerve or an impinged muscle?
