yeah thats true, i mean he was biking, probably goin pretty fast, so a helmet is in order

this goes for skiing too

my mom used to make me wear a helmet and i hated it but now i realized after a few close calls, that helmets save lives and more importantly your brain and body, they are by far the most underrated tool of our sport

wow, truth. I rarely wear mine when I make the short ride to check the waves in the morning, but maybe I should more. I usually do put it on for longer rides. It's rainy today and I'm gonna put mine on because of this article. Thanks for posting this.

very true. i mtn bike, and i never go out without it. that really shows how even little accidents can turn life threatening without one.

i don't wear mine, i only ride around town for speed and convience. I always where a helmet when skiing though.
